Staying at this resort was a delightful experience, particularly because of the beautiful ocean views from the room and the well-maintained pool area. The staff, especially Gretchen and Marta, were genuinely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. However, the extensive paperwork upon check-in felt a bit overwhelming, which could make the start of your stay feel less welcoming. Overall, it’s an excellent place for families looking to relax and enjoy Montauk's charm.
